Securing your place at JDE17 is easy, just select one of the options below to request or allocate tickets and then follow the how to register steps.

In order to register you MUST have a MyUKOUG account, click here to create one if you do not already have one.

How to allocate days as the main contact for Platinum and Gold memberships

Log into the registration system here using your MyUKOUG profile information to load the Membership Administration Dashboard.
You will be able to view all users attached to your membership and assign day passes accordingly, as well as those who have already been allocated. This menu will also show how many day passes you are able to allocate.
If you are the main contact for more than one membership you will be able to move your allocation between these memberships.
If your colleague is not listed you will need to add them to your membership via your MyUKOUG area and the Company Contacts tab.

Allocate against the user(s) you want to assign passes to by selecting ‘allocated conference days’

Complete allocation details and approve, the user will then be emailed advising that passes have been allocated to them.
Please advise the user that you have provided them with passes, and to look out for the email which will come from registration@ukougconferences.org
  They then need to complete their booking via the links supplied in the email. You may also complete the booking on their behalf by selecting ‘Go to Registration’


How to request conference days when attached to a Platinum or Gold membership

Please get in touch with your main contact directly to request an allocation of conference passes.
If you don’t know who your main contact is please log into the registration system here using your MYUKOUG profile information where details of the main contact will be displayed.
  When your request has been approved you will be emailed further instructions to make your booking, look out for the email which will come from registration@ukougconferences.org

How to register

Follow the link in the allocation approved email or click here
Select the conference which is your primary interest.
Complete your details and demographic information.
Choose the conference day(s) you want to attend - you will be advised if you need to pay for any pass/passes above your allocation entitlement.
Check the summary page and ensure all details are correct.
Select either submit or payment type and your booking is finished.
 

You'll receive a confirmation email with your booking information and any payment details if required.



How to register as a Silver or Bronze member

You can still register for JDE17, but you will be charged at the discounted member rate. It may be more cost effective to upgrade your membership, please contact the membership team for further details.


How to register as a non-member

You can still register for JDE17, but you will be charged at a non-member rate.

It’s more cost effective for you to attend as a member. See pricing here. If more than one person is attending from your company you can get some great deals with our membership packages.
